Over the past decade, Emily has been a constant and trusted presence across office administration and client services, supporting our people, clients and project teams to do their best work. She’s known for stepping in where needed, taking on new challenges, and helping ensure the day‑to‑day of the business runs smoothly. Em’s 10 years at Metrix have also spanned many significant life milestones. During her time with us, she has said “yes” to her partner Nick, welcomed two daughters, and transitioned from full‑time to part‑time work after returning from maternity leave. Throughout all the changes, Em has remained a valued and trusted member of the team, continuing to contribute as her role evolved over time. She is someone who lives our values every day - approaching her work with courage, care and reliability, and staying deeply connected to the people around her. That contribution hasn’t gone unnoticed, reflected in repeated peer recognition through our internal values nominations.
