Date published 06 Mar 2025 We recently celebrated a significant milestone for our Research Operations Manager Triya, marking his 10-year work anniversary with Metrix Consulting. Triya joined us with extensive market research experience, and has been an essential part of our team since day one. Over the past decade, his expertise in programming languages, data preparation, data interrogation and integration techniques, report automation, and database manipulation, alongside his strong project management skills has driven success for our key clients. He has worked on numerous major projects for clients such as Tourism WA, Lotterywest, Alinta Energy, City of Perth, and UWA. Triya is highly skilled and passionate about survey programming, managing fieldwork, data delivery, and processing. His dedication and expertise have enabled him to develop proprietary data checking tools that streamlined checks, identify junk data, bots, and other quality issues, ensuring that we are always maintain data quality and efficiency. Some of Triya's achievements have been enhancing our online research capabilities by reviewing platforms and implementing significant upgrades, as well as upskilling our Data Science Automation and Technology team. Triya's positive outlook, calm demeanour, and focus on efficiency have made him a role model and source of inspiration for his colleagues. Colleagues often comment on Triya’s responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication. In our recent quarterly values nominations a colleague said, "Triya manages multiple projects, provides quotes, processes data, assists with inquiries, and supports the entire team without any fuss. We would be lost without him!". As we celebrate Triya's 10-year milestone, we are grateful for his unwavering commitment and the countless ways he has shaped our success.
