Recently, we celebrated a significant milestone for one of our own, Kayla Surace, who marks her 10 year work anniversary with us. Kayla joined Metrix as a university graduate, eager to make her mark in the market research industry.
Over the past decade, she has achieved outstanding professional growth and become an integral part of our team. Her dedication, hard work, passion for market research and deep care for the team have seen her rise through the ranks to become a Business Director and a valued member of our leadership team.
Over the years, Kayla has gained extensive knowledge and experience in brand and campaign tracking, economic and social impact evaluations, and community and stakeholder consultation which has been instrumental in driving success for our key clients, including Tourism WA, Rottnest Island, Department of Fire and Emergency Services, and the City of Perth. Her career highlight is making a tangible difference when working across Australia to create the National Fire Danger Rating and Emergency Warning System.
She has also celebrated significant personal milestones during this time, including saying ‘I do!’, welcoming twin boys, and recently renovating her home. Her ability to balance a thriving career and a growing family is truly inspiring.
