When COVID-19 plunged Australia into economic chaos, we had no idea what business during a global pandemic would look like or how things might change.

But one thing remained certain - our belief in the power of marketing intelligence for informed decision-making.

So, we decided to partner with ISO-accredited fieldwork agency Thinkfield and come up with a tool to help brands and organisations navigate a way forward during this challenging period.
