How COVID-19 is really impacting Western Australians

How COVID-19 is really impacting Western Australians teaser

Date published 03 May 2020

When COVID-19 plunged Australia into economic chaos, we had no idea what business during a global pandemic would look like or how things might change.

But one thing remained certain - our belief in the power of marketing intelligence for informed decision-making.

So, we decided to partner with ISO-accredited fieldwork agency Thinkfield and come up with a tool to help brands and organisations navigate a way forward during this challenging period.

The result is the COVID-19 Pulse of WA Report which provides an in-depth snapshot of how Western Australians are being impacted by the coronavirus.

It’s a deep dive into current levels of concern about COVID-19, how consumer behaviour is changing, where people are getting their information from and how consumers feel about the ways brands are communicating on COVID-19. All through the unique lens of those who call WA home.

We think COVID-19 Pulse of WA delivers valuable insights into how brands and organisations can respond to the new environment we all find ourselves in. We hope you do too.
